Vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream and fondant pancakes! 🥞

This cake took at least 10 hours to make.. I underestimated how tall it was, and making each layer of “pancakes”, rolling and paint each one, took way longer that I thought! 😅

But what matters is that my daughter absolutely loved it, and we managed to make them forget about quarantine for a little while! ❤️
