My first attempt at a chocolate mirror glaze. Dark chocolate cake with a chocolate buttercream filling and frosting, topped with a chocolate mirror glaze and white chocolate flowers. Andy is a chocoholic!

I used Sedar Yener’s wonderful tutorial for making the chocolate flowers.
