This is a “Thank you” cookie for a person who has inspired me a lot since the beginning of my cookie journey.

The cookie is decorated with royal icing (roses, leaves, cross stitches)

The needlepoint grid is not piped but it is edible lace, made using the SugarVeil Needlepoint Mat and icing.
