Some pretty sugar flowers I have been working on lately.
Sugar Anthuriums which I love and are super easy to make. Poppies, roses and a little eucalyptus foliage.
Texture on cake surface achieved with fondant, rubbed royal icing and a little wafer paper with some white sugar pariels.
All in my favourite pastel shades. Hope you like.
