In September I did a collection of cakes, those were strange inside and outside. I really like this one, it looks a bit predatory and fun at the same time.
Other cake were about Alice in Wonderland, but this one definitely looks sci-fiish.

It’s gluten and lactose free, mango mousse, lemon and cilantro gel, mango creamy with chilli powder and curry and almond crumble inside.
