This cake was for my daughter’s sorority initiation ceremony. 2am and the top tier fondant tore 3 times. Thank God I had just seen Royal Bakery’s pleated cake tutorial. It saved our lives!! :) Even though we were up all night and cake turned out totally different than planned, I truly enjoyed time spent with my daughter making this special cake.
