Rose cake

This was the first cake I made just with butter cream – it was inspired by the Neapolitan Rose Cake from iambaker.net. Inside (sorry I have no pictures) is a pink ombre cake with red peach jam.

Thank you – originally I planed something different with the two colors but I liked how it turned out so mich that I just left it as it is :-)
