This is a Chocolate cake with Chocolate ganache and coated with Swiss Buttercream. I was very happy with this cake because it looked like a real toy and the birthday girl was very happy with it.
It was my first sculpt cake. I learned to make sculpt cake with this one.
While making the swiss buttercream it broke down when I added the Cocoa. May be I whisked it more than needed. I got in panic because I didn’t have time. So I reheated the buttercream in bain marie and whisked it again. It was a success. It was another lesson for me.
