They had a #tasting early february this year.
And I made a special filling for them: dutch pears in port with a creamy vanilla mousse with 5 spices and white chocolat ganache.
Used simular lace on the cakeboard like in her weddingdress
So happy that it came out just the way I wanted.
And so fab to see to happy faces!
