Another cake design for man.
Physalis has absolutely fulfilled my creative ideas :). It gives a dynamics and the movement to this cake design.
I am quite happy with the colour of the isomalt sail. I has to mixed three different gel colours to achieve this shade, witch is the same as the colour of the cake.
