Michelle Patterson was the mastermind behind the amazing Wedding Gown Cake feature at Cake International recently. The theme was to make a creation inspired by one of the amazing wedding fashion designer, Ian Stuart, based in London. I chose his Mother of the Bride dress called Enchanted Garden which you’ll see in pic below.
Sugar flowers I made from Saracino flower paste, and lower two tiers handpainted with #Saracino colours/cocoa butter. The tiers are all dummies I royal iced.
