We hear winter is coming! With Disney’s Frozen 2 just around the corner, we are bound to see a resurgence of Frozen-inspired cakes. I made this one in 2015 for my daughter’s 7th birthday. It is a four-tier vanilla cake which I coloured in ombre shades of blue and decorated in buttercream ruffles and fondant snowflakes."
