I did it y’all! I managed to make my daughters wedding cake AND slip into my fabulous mother-of-the-bride wedding dress before the ceremony began! It was a magical night. The venue was the Old Rock House in St. Louis, and the rough finish and snakeskin lace seemed to fit the mood. The whimsical rice paper flowers represent my beautiful daughter. They asked for an abstract, whimsical, elegant wedding cake. I hope it delivered. The cake is finished in ganache. The snakeskin is edible lace. The flowers are rice paper 💜
