This is our epic Empire State Building standing at over a meter tall that we made for Scott’s big 30th birthday. I is made up of many sugar panels fixed together with melted chocolate and includes a tiny Spiderman on the spire on top.
The bottom half of the building is filled with cake but the top is hollow to help with stability.
