Macaron, Swiss method MBalaska

almond macarons made with the Swiss meringue method. Vanilla flavored shells with a milk chocolate ganache filling. Just learning how to do these delicate “impossible” cookies. This is the 6th different batch this week. Trying different recipes & methods to find one that works well for me.
