Cowgirl Cake

My cowgirl cake! First time making a sugar hat. It’s 50/50 gumpaste/fondant so the brim held its shape really well. I wonder if Calamity Jane would’ve liked it? ❤️ The burlap is edible lace. Love that stuff!
