The topper is made from gumpaste. This 4-tier buttercream has two quilted tiers with 275 handmade fondant pearls because I prefer the pearls to be soft and not risk someone breaking their teeth. The pearls around each tier are made from fondant and a mold. Quilted pattern was made with an impression mat.
