Here I am again, to present you the cake for the 18 years of Lola.
This young lover of books (and the Harry Potter saga) plays the violin 🎻, loves red and her first long trip to India marked her a lot.
So I left on a cake with a dominance of red, with some gilding recalling the fabric of the saris.
A violin of course, a Taj-Mahal canvas … and an old book (also reminiscent of Harry Potter’s grimoire)
The violin is modeled by hand in Saracino modeling clay.
The Taj-Mahal is hand painted, and is repainted in white.
The book is made from nougat, covered with sugar paste and customized old book version (wafer pages)
The first name Lola and the litter are written on a wafer.
And I slipped a tiny detail reminiscent of Harry Potter.
