I was commissioned by The Chocolate Genius to add the details on these chocolate hearts. They’re made with 60% Felchlin – Sao Palme chocolate, the border and stein and writing were handpiped by me using Royal Icing. 58 hearts with border and writing, 13 hearts with border only.
