I received a request from Icing Smiles, Inc., for a young boy who was celebrating his 12th birthday in my home town of Saint Cloud, Florida, USA. His sibling has been battling cerebral palsy (they are triplets). I made a marble cake, decorated entirely with buttercream, some Royal Icing, and wafer paper flowers. This was a rainforest inspired design.
