Congratulations to the lovely Felicity and Ross on their recent marriage! I had the pleasure of working with them to create their wedding cake which incorporated the colours in Felicity’s bouquet and bridesmaid dresses. Felicity and Ross lucked out on the most glorious day, with the sun beaming in from all sides of their reception room at Ballara Receptions. It is one of the sweetest places I have visited with their own chapel, lake, waterfalls and gorgeous gardens.
The top tier was a Vegan Chocolate Mud with raspberries and light chocolate filling, the middle tiers were Lemon Chocolate Mud with blueberry and elderflower filling and the bottom tier, a Marble Mud with Malteaser Crush buttercream.
