My semi final entry in the Baking Industry Awards 2019. We were asked to create a cake that truly encapsulates the “Cosmic” theme.
As with all of my cakes, I chose to make it personal to the recipient (in this case, me 😁), so the children in the scene are my own, in our garden, gazing at ‘Moony’ and the Cosmos through their telescope.
The constellations going around the cake are our family’s star signs… This is our place in the universe 🔭🌌🌟✨🌠💫
