A 90th birthday cake for my husband’s boss’s mum (no pressure then!)
It’s 4 layers of vanilla sponge including the lid, with her favourite flowers; Narcissus.
As the lid is not torted, I took out little cylinders of cake with a bubble tea straw and piped in buttercream. Finished in white chocolate ganache under Smartflex fondant.
