The Port bottle is made of gum paste. The Crate is lemon cake, filled with white chocolate shavings to act as packing material, the ‘Brie’ is chocolate salted caramel cake, the ‘Cheshire cheese’ and ‘Stilton’ are fruit cake. The crackers and grapes are made of gum paste.
