The bride wanted a cake based on her dress and witht he flowers she had in her bouquet. It’s two 8" cakes (sticky toffee and white chocolate and toffee), a 2" deep 6" dummy and a 6" carrot cake. I had a week from consultation to wedding! Oh, and I am never, ever making sea holly again!
