It’s that time of year in Florida -Disney’s Flower and Garden Festival! I created this cake for Disney’s biggest fans on their anniversary. I was inspired by the Flower and Garden Festival, Alice in Wonderland and the trending fault line cake designs. The moss is edible as are the moss covered Mickey ears. Touched with 24k edible gold leaf, this cake was a true treasure.
