After winning a subscription to Paul Bradford Designer Cakes, I decided to attempt the Chocolate wrap for my own birthday as I was having a bit of a party. It also had to be a statement/showpiece cake as I had a captive audience and although my friends all know what I do through my cake business…I had to show them just how much more I can do!
I decided to go with 3 tiers of my best selling chocolate cake and added the extra touches to reflect my love of Emerald Green, Gold and butterflies. The butterflies, petunias, roses, balls and lettering are all edible and crafted out of Belgian Chocolate
