Leonardo’s Horse is my contribution to the Leonardo Da Vinci Challenge hosted by Bakerswood and administered by the fabulous Raquel Garcia. He is made of modeling chocolate on a heavy wire armature, airbrushed with edible colors to resemble bronze. The base is covered with fondant painted to look like marble.
