I made this cake for my daughters 5th birthday, I absolutely love her she’s the Purple Queen Bee LOL DOLL figure, and my first attempt at a standing structure cake, I have learnt a lot from making her. She’s made entirely from carved vanilla Madeira cake and a raspberry ripple SMBC with white chocolate ganache.
