The customer just asked for this exact design, nothing more and nothing less. I was worried about doing the models (as they are not my forte) but I’m really happy with how they turned out. This is a classic vanilla sponge with jam and vanilla buttercream coated in white chocolate ganache and decorated with white and red Massa fondant stripes.
