Mayura Raksha
While doing my research on Sri Lanka for inspiration! I came across the lovely handicraft of the country! It was immediate love when I saw the masks! Whoever knows me will know this! In my home, you will find different style masks! While doing further research I came across this peacock mask, Mayura Raksha. The peacock mask is supposed to bring peace and harmony, therefore the peacock with the bright beautiful. The lower half of the mask is the Raksha’s face to ward off evil and ghosts!
