A ski scene for my son’s birthday, a neglected hobby since the little ones were born.
The backboard was inspired by a Paul Bradford snowboard cake.
The “cake” itself is actually a dummy made using a simple and easy bread recipe from “Wicked Goodies” …since my son’s family doesn’t eat cake :(
The trees are made of royal icing and bran flakes and inspired by Chef Yener.
The snow is royal icing.
