This replica Retford Town Hall cake was commissioned by the Town Mayer to celebrate the Town Hall’s birthday. People love the iconic town hall, so it was important to get it right.

Handcarved with modelled balconies and painted detailing. 7 × 12″ square cakes went into creating this. Thankfully, everyone loved it and enjoyed eating it. I sliced it up for all the local schoolchildren who asked questions about how it was made. Budding little cake decorators of the future!
