The bride specifically requested the design of this cake without any flowers or fuss. The bottom tier was 6" deep and 10" round and the ruffles took just under 5 hours to make and apply but I think the end result was worth it. I do love the elegant simplicity of this cake. Each layer was traditional vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream coated in white chocolate ganache.

Right, no fuss! Between a solid ruffle tier and a sequins tier, it is about as “fussy” as it gets! You did an amazing job!
