My sister-in-law inspires me to make this cake…she made a similar one years ago…so I thought I’d give it a try. It’s a three layer 8 in round cake. The bottom and top layers are vanilla covered in buttercream and fondant. The middle layer is chocolate cake covered in chocolate ganache. The ‘lettuce’, ‘cheese’, and ‘tomato’ are fondant. The fries are shortbread cookies with sugar sprinkled on them to look like salt
