This was made for my husband’s manager where he works. He had seen some of my work & had been asking my husband if he could get me to make a cake for him. When my husband told him I agreed to make him one he was so tickled b/c he’s never had a cake made special just for him. His favorite is chocolate. This is a 3 layer chocolate cake (chocolate version of WASC) filled with chocolate ganache as well as chocolate ganache buttercream, covered w/chocolate ganache & chocolate ganache buttercream, chocolate covered strawberries, a chocolate drip, & an assortment of chocolate candies.
