This is the Year Of The Pig and to celebrate the Chinese New Year, I’ve had the pleasure of teaming up with ‘The Sugar Junkies’, and I’m happy today to present to you my set of cookies that I created for this event, which will be featured on a ‘Collaboration Board Designs’ that is being Showcased at the Welsh National Cake Show!! These were vanilla sugar cookies decorated with coffee flavored Royal Icing, all hand-piped and hand-painted.
