I was lucky enough to be in Paris last year and, of course, spent a considerable amount of time enjoying the city’s amazing patisseries. One of the lovely cakes that I came across was Cedric Grolet’s twistable Rubik’s cube cake. It was very expensive ($270 Australian dollars) so I decided to make it home … here it is :)
