This cake was for my wonderful Uncle who has owned a beautiful old FC Holden that he restored, for as long as I can remember. I’ve always wanted to make this design for him but I used blue instead of red to match his car. He was very pleased with it and they ended up taking the cake back to New Zealand with them to show it to the family. I wish I had been there, I’m very lucky to have a beautiful big family, even if they are 3000kms away :)
