Elmo is made of lemon funfetti cake, filled and crumb coated with lemon buttercream, covered in white chocolate ganache (colored red) and decorated with fondant. His arms and legs are Rice Krispy Treats, his hands and feet are modeling chocolate all covered in fondant. His eyes and nose are styrofoam balls covered in fondant. RKT’s were too heavy.
