Bas Relief technique is an art form where the stone is carved in such a way where the design stands out of the flat surface on which it is carved.
Here i have used this technique on cake. The client sent me a pic of a 3d fabric n wanted her cake to look like it.
Sincr it was a 3d fabric i tried this technique on the cake.
It is a chocolate truffle cake.
