First attempt at making a croquembouche and my second attempt and making sugar flowers. This croquembouche was for a Thanksgiving celebration and had a chestnut pastry cream filling. The floral work is pretty similar to the flowers I made for my sister’s wedding cake; however, I tried some new techniques and was pretty happy with the results.
