This cake is special for my friend 30th birthday. It’s a nut monika cake she love coffee . She is a victim of accident and she couldn’t walk . The wings mean that she have a hope to walk again and shoe to push her for a hard work to be healthy again ,the coctail bag because she like always be on party .
