This was my collaboration piece for the #sugarpirates at Cake International in Birmingham. My inspiration for this piece came from wanting to do something a bit dark and hopefully realistic and so I decided to make a real Black Pearl. I hope you like it as much as I do!

This is absolutely amazing. It’s difficult to believe this is made from sugar, so realistic. The water droplets look wet and the black pearl itself is amazing. Great work xxx
