I was asked to make this cake with one stipulation … the birthday girl had to be on a sun lounger in her bikini and yes at 85 she does still look so good. Everything else was left up to me. I googled the vogue magazine cover from November 1933 and new that the birthday girl was still very active at 85 hence the fitness book. The 50 Shades of Grey book was added for humour, she does like reading though! I love the seaside theme and I did this as I know that the customer’s mum lives by the seaside!
This was an 8" deep chocolate fudge.
