We all have things on our sugar art bucket list. When Sugar Pirates came along for a a group display table at Cake International 2018, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. It is the first elevated structure that I have created and was certainly not without issues along the way. Nonetheless, I am immensely proud of what I achieved and was delighted for the Captain, Vicky Tether, and crew when our table took first place.
