I was excited to be a part of The 1 Collaboration. We were challenged with making a single-tiered or double barrel cake with no carving, just the 1. I love mixing metals, playing with texture, and experimenting with new mediums. Fortunately, this project allowed me to do all three. My work was inspired by a couture dress by fashion designer Elie Saab.
