This weekend, I got the chance to work with buttercream rather than fondant 😁

The base cake is Lemon sponge, lemon curd & lemon buttercream; the top tier, White Chocolate and Raspberry sponge, with raspberry jam and white chocolate ganache.

The cake pops are made from my signature chocolate sponge cake, with very chocolatey buttercream (and are absolutely delicious!!).

All of these treats looked fabulous at a joint baby shower 💙💗💙
