Made this cake for my brother’s wedding.

Bottom tier is vanilla cake filled with vanilla italian buttercream and fresh strawberries, middle one is coconut cake filled with lemon italian meringue buttercream and top one is vanilla cake filled with chocolate coffee buttercream.

It was a big challenge, there were 36°C! I was dying a few times :-)
