My contribution to the Sweet East Collaboration, introducing the amazing Dragee Kiss Pearl Applicator, is the Gatsby Bride. She is made of Modeling Chocolate with fondant, cake lace, wafer paper and gum paste accessories, all embellished with lots of sugar pearls. The is painted with edible dusts and gel colors.
